Computer builders and repairers

We are a home desktop and laptop computer repair company but may be able to help with small business desktop computers and laptops.

We will initially come to your home and attempt to repair the computer. If we are unable to do so within 1 hour we will have to take the computer to our workshop for further analysis with your permission. We expect you to have backed-up any important information before any work is attempted if at all possible. We may be able to help achieve this if you cannot back-up your data.

Our average turn around for repairs is 48-72 hours including sourcing spare parts. We do not guarantee delivery of parts. We can give you an expected day of arrival but due to unforeseen circumstances they may alter. We endevour to do our best to give you a good service and will always give you a realistic time of arrival. We may need to source the part you require from our suppliers and then send the item on to you.

We may need to cancel an order or offer an alternative product should our suppliers be unable to provide the part you require. We will always try to ensure that the parts you require are available at the time of sale but unforeseen circumstances may lead to canceling the order. If you require a particular part only we ask that you specify this when ordering.

We do sell goods internationally. Please ask for postage prices, we can offer various means of transporting the goods to you. Payment is expected at time of order.

Draig-Computers shall not be liable for any cost or problems caused by late or non-delivery of products. We always provide proof of postage and will provide it should a problem arise. We regularly send items by Royal Mail without any problem but strikes and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

All new items will have a 1 year suppliers guarantee included. All our '2nd user' items will have our 7 day guarantee from date of purchase unless agreed otherwise.

The only information we hold on you is your name and contact information. As we do not ask for credit card details we do not store this information. We do not pass on any information we hold on you to third parties. We will contact you initially to ask you for permission to add you to our mailing database for special offers. If you decline we will not e-mail you again.
