Computer builders and repairers

We can generally give you an estimate for repairs and upgrades over the phone or via e-mail. We do offer a free onsite estimate if you live locally, we charge £10 for an onsite estimate should you live more than 15 miles from our home base. We will reimburse the fee should you take up the repair with us.

We have a maximum labour charge of £60 for each individual desktop repair. We also offer a limited repair and upgrade service for laptops, the maximum we charge is £75 per laptop. All parts are at extra cost.

We can install and set up your broadband internet connection for £60. This is a fixed fee for any amount of computers within the home including wireless laptops and netbooks. We will make sure your connection is secure. Price does not include parts.

We book our appointments from 9am until 8pm 7 days a week including all bank holidays except Christmas Day and Boxing Day. We are unable to offer a guaranteed same day service which may be problematic for most small businesses.

We charge £25 per hour for a consultation in your home or small business. We can give you solutions on how to fill your computer or networking needs. We may be able to save you money with this service by suggesting alternative products not readily available to customers in high street stores. We do not insist you use our services to buy/install any products.

Data recovery - We can attempt to recover any data stored on a hard drive, memory card etc but cannot guarantee retrieval. We charge a maximum fee of £75 for retrieval of any data regarless of the amount which includes media to backup your data. We will save any retrieved data to CD/DVD or an external hard drive if provided. We will not be held responsible for any loss of data due to the recovery technique but we do take every precaution to safeguard whatever data we can find.

We may be able to transfer your important data to an external hard drive or to CD/DVD before formatting your hard drive. Ideally you should back-up your important data to a safe place which may be CD/DVD, media cards, another hard drive, zip drive etc. Contact us for more information.
